A "taxable person" means "means a registered person or a person who is liable to be registered" under the Sales Tax Act 2018 or Service Tax Act 2018.

Automatic registration is based on the MSIC (Malaysia Standard Industrial Classification) code registered with Customs under the Goods and Services Tax. If you are a taxable person but not not automatically registered, please register yourself here:
